I\u2019m Sophie, a sport and exercise psychologist in training, and the creator of Illustrated Mind. My work is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and the belief that people already carry the strengths they need to grow. Psychology, for me, isn\u2019t about fixing people. It\u2019s about helping them meet the parts of themselves they haven\u2019t met yet, the confident part, the resilient part, the calm part, the brave part, and learning how to use those inner resources in sport, exercise, and everyday life.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n I support athletes, active people, and anyone who wants to understand their mind a little better. Through evidence\u2011based sport and exercise psychology, I help people explore how they think, feel, and perform, and how their unique strengths can support wellbeing, confidence, and growth. My approach is gentle, curious, and collaborative. I want people to feel seen, understood, and empowered, not overwhelmed by jargon or pressured to be perfect.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Illustrated Mind is a space for exploration.
